On April 21, 2021, Thermaxx Jackets renewed our ISO 9001:2015 Certification! ISO (International Organization for Standardization) is the source of the ISO 9000 and ISO 14000 families of quality and environmental management standards and some 18,200 International Standards for business, government and society. ISO is a network of national standards institutes from 163 countries working in partnership with international organizations, governments, industry, business and consumer representatives.
ISO 9000 to ISO 9999 is the set of standards that govern quality management, and within that ISO 9001:2015 lays out the requirements for a quality management system (and is the only standard in the 9000 family that can be certified to). The standard is based on a number of quality management principles including a strong customer focus, the motivation and implication of top management, the process approach and continual improvement. Using ISO 9001:2015 helps ensure that customers get consistent, good quality products and services.
